€¢ Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
€¢ Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and other channels.
€¢ Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit.
€¢ Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and interview panels.
€¢ Maintain and update candidate data in trackers.
€¢ Negotiate offers and manage candidate follow-ups till joining.
€¢ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
€¢ Meet hiring timelines and recruitment targets.
