Key Responsibilities.....................
• Supervise all civil work at construction site
• Prepare and verify BOQs, estimates, and bar bending schedules
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality & safety standards
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site workers
• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and maintain proper documentation
• Conduct layout, leveling, and surveying as required
• Manage material usage and prevent wastage
• Monitor project timelines and assist in planning and execution
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Quantity Estimation
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and IS codes
• Practical knowledge of building materials and site activities
• Team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• knowledge of billing, measurements, and contractor management
