JD: Interact with customers on a daily basis and address the guest grievances promptly and to their satisfaction. Handle the walk-in queries, online and offline inquiries, emails and telecom queries and ensure high conversion ratios. Handle the check-in and check-out process in the system, ensure proper billing and timely payment of services offered. Any other job related chores which might be required to be taken care off from time to time.
Qual.: Any graduate with good communication and logical skills. A person experienced in handling the FO department will be given preference.
