Product component vertical audit as per plan and ensure Process & product Compliance.
 Conduct 5S audit of Assigned area.
 Weekly safety GEMBA walk in plant.
 Layout inspection as per plan.
 Prepare in house and customer rejection analysis data.
 Submit Kaizen every month to Kaizen Committee from Quality Side.
 Daily Rejection Zone meeting to discuss daily line problem, Quality issue and Customer Complaint.
 Maintaining quality documentation at final inspection area like S.O.P, Visual Catalogues, and Work Instructions.
 Prepare PDIR reports for dispatch parts.
 Online Inspection, Final Inspection, Non-conformance recording, Root Cause Analysi
1-2 Yrs. Experience in quality engineer role with manufacturing facility.
 Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology field from recognised university & institute in india is mandatory.
 Diploma/certification is preferred and added advantage.
