7-9 years of BPO experience is must.

An Ideal candidate must be working as at least an Assistant Manager.
At least 3-4 teams (through team leader) must be reporting in, to him.
Ideal candidate must have worked in both Voice based processes and Non-Voice based processes, preferably at a managerial position (Manager/ Team leader/ Assistant Manager).
Must be a Graduate (Commerce stream preferred).
JOB DESCRIPTION

Team Leadership & Coaching

 Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesive team effort.

Team Management:-

 Facilitate the day to day organization within the home environment. Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to provide effective care provision.

Operational Management:-

 Collect organizational data in agreement with Managers (monthly time sheets, sickness, quality assurance).
